FATAL CAR CAPSIZE

SON KILLED, FATHER BADLY HURT TRAGEDY NEAR WAVERLEY Press Association HAWERA, Today. As a result of the capsize of a motorcar near Waverley yesterday morning, William S. Moore, a newspaper reporter liying at Hawera, was sent to Hospital at Patea, where he died this morning from a fracture of the base of the skull. On his way with his father, Mr. AV. H. Moore, to visit his home at Blenheim, Mr. Moore was travelling by ear to AVellington with Jack Jones, the well-known boxer, when the vehicle overturned. Mr. Moore, sen., was taken to hospital suffering from head and back injuries. Jones was not hurl.
