NEW DISTRIBUTING AGENCY
A new motor-cyole sales company is j being formed in Auckland to take over j the agencies for Royal Enfield. Excel- 1 sior, and O.K. Supreme machines, at 1 present held by Robinson’s Motor-cycle j and Bicycle Depot. A share capital of I £IO,OOO preference and £5,000 ordinary ■ shares is set down for" allotment. The present capital is only £ 1,200, and last year showed an excellent re- ! turn. It is expected to increase the ! scope of tlxe business under the new company. / This will be the first motor-cycle company to be instituted along co- ! operative lines, motor-cyclists being encouraged to become shareholders, ; and being offered special terms regard- ( ing the purchase of new machines. The j managing director will be Mr. D. M. I Robinson, well known as a club and j competitions rider.
