MAHANA FROM LIVERPOOL. —With general merchandise from West Coast ports of Great Britain the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Mahana sailed from Liverpool yesterday for Auckland, Wellington, 'Lyttelton and Port Chalmers. She is due at Auckland on October 21. WAIRUNA SAILS 11 A.M. TOMORROW The trans-Pacific steamer Wairuna, now at Queen's Wharf, is scheduled to sail for Wellington, Melbourne. Sydney, and Newcastle at eleven o’clock tomorrow morning to complete discharge. THE PORT BRISBANE.—Heather, Roberton, Ltd., advise that the Commonwealth and Dominion Line's motorship Port Brisbane, now en route from New York to Auckland with general cargo, has been assigned to load at Auckland on October 30 for West Coast ports of the United Kingdom. THE AORANGI.—The Royal Mail motor-liner Aorangi, owned by the Union Steam Ship Company, is reported to have arrived at Vancouver at 11 p.m. on Thursday last. She is scheduled to sail r»n Wednesday next for Sydney and Auckland, via Victoria, Honolulu and Suva. The vessel is due to arrive here on October 5. RANGITAT A TO LOAD. —The New Zealand Shipping Company’s motor-liner Rangitata has been fixed to commence her Homeward loading at Auckland on October 13. She will complete at Gisborne, Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier and Auckland. The vessel is due at Wellington on October 22, and is scheduled to clear Auckland finally on November S for Southampton tnd London, via the Panama Canal. CANADIAN LEADER IN PORT.—The Canadian National Steamships steamer Canadian Leader arrived last night from Montreal, and anchored in the stream. This morning she berthed at Prince's Wharf to put out a quantity of motorcars and parts, and she is to sail again late tonight or at daybreak tomorrow for Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide to complete unloading. She also has some general cargo. The vessel cleared Montreal on July 31, and the Panama Canal on August 15. She had a fair-weather passage until two weeks off the New Zealand coast, when she encountered strong south-west winds, accompanied by a heavy south-west swell. These conditions held until she reached the shelter of the coast, and delaved her arrival by a day and a-half. In command of the Canadian Leader is Captain M. Robertson, and he has with him the following officers: Chief ofheer, Mr. C. W. Gilding; second. Mr. M. Ryer; third. Mr. G. Exworth; chief engineer, Mr. W. Tample: second, Mr. T. Jones; third, Mr. T.
