ULIMAROA LEAVES SYDNEY. —The Huddart-Parker steamer Ulimaroa was dispatched from Sydney for Auckland at midday yesterday with passengers, mail ancl cargo. She is due on Tuesday morning. THE PARRAKOOLA SAILS. —The Swedish motor-ship Parrakoola sailed for Wellington, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne yesterday afternoon, in continuation of lier voyage from Pacific C'Ojjast ports. YNGAREN COMING. —The Swedish motor-ship Yngaren is scheduled to clear Los Angeles t #• with Pacific Coast cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington and Australia. PENYBRYN SAILS FOR WESTPORT. —After having her hull cleaned and painted in dock, the Norwegian steamer Fenybryn sailed for Westport yesterday afternoon to replenish her bunkers. From Westport the vessel will go to Australia to load for Europe. THE MATAROA. —The Shaw, Savill Company has received a wireless message from their liner Mataroa, en route from London and Southampton to "Wellington, via the Panama Canal, reporting- that she expects to arrive at Wellington at noon next Wednesday. She will later proceed to Auckland to complete discharge. THE WAIPAHU —The Union Company’s Island fruit steamer Waipahi is scheduled to leave Wellington late tonight for Auckland and should arrive here on Monday evening*. She is announced to sail on Thursday next for Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Atiu and Mauke. The vessel is to berth at King’s Wharf on arrival. THE PORT BRlSßANE. —Reported to have reached Colon last Wednesday, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Brisbane is en route from New York to Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland about October 2. Heather, Roberton, Limited, are the local agents. THE CANADIAN HIGHLANDER. — En route from Montreal to New Zealand the Canadian National steamer Canadian Highlander is reported to have reached Colon last Wednesday. She has a general merchandise cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru and Dunedin. Her arrival at Auckland is scheduled for October* 8. THE WAIHEMO. —The Union Company’s traps-Pacific steamer Waihemo is reported to have reached New Westminster on Wednesday to continue loading cargo from Pacific Coast ports for New Zealand. The cargo is for discharge at Napier, New Plymouth, Nelson, Lyttelton. Dunedin and Bluff. She is scheduled to clear Los Angeles on September 25 and to reach Napier about October 20. CANADIAN LEADER DUE MONDAY. —According to her wireless advice, the Canadian National Steamships steamer Canadian Leader is due in port from Montreal on Monday morning. The vessel has been allotted a berth at Prince’s Wharf, where she will unload the local consignment of her cargo of general Eastern Canadian merchandise. It is expected that she will sail again on Monday night for Brisbane, Sydney. Melbourne and. Adelaide to complete charge.

OTOKIA LEAVES SAN PEDRO. — Cabled news has been received by the Union Company that their motor-tanker Otokia cleared San Pedro on Wednesday morning with fuel-oil for Wellington. She is due at Wellington on October 5. ACOSTA LEAVES TARAKAU.— The Shell Oil Company has received cabled news that the tanker Acosta left Tarakau on September 8 with bulk motorspirit for discharge at Auckland and Wellington. She is due at Auckland on September 30. WAIRUNA SAILS MONDAY. —Now discharging general cargo from Pacific Coast ports at Queen’s Wliarf, the Union Steam Ship Company's trans-Pacific steamer Wairuna is scheduled to sail on Monday afternoon for Wellington, Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle. PLANORVIS LEAVES SINGAPORE.— Cabled advice has been received by the Shell Oil Company that the tanker Planorvis left Singapore on September 8 with bulk motor spirit for discharge at Wellington. She is due at Wellington on September 29. RANGITIKI SAILS NOON TUESDAY. —The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Rangitiki, at present at Prince’s Wharf completing loading operations, is to be dispatched for Southampton and London, via Panama, at noon on Tuesday next. She will carry passengers, mail and cargo. WESTERN BEACON REMOVED. —The Auckland Harbour Board advises mariners that the Western Beacon, off St. Mary’s Bay, has been removed, as it is no longer required owing to the construction of the Boat Harbour Breakwater, St. Mary’s Bay. YARRAVILLE DUE TOMORROW. — Radio advice received by the Vacuum Oil Company from its tanker YarraviUe, inward bound from San Francisco, states that she expects to arrive in the stream here at 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. The vessel is to berth at Western Wharf to discharge the local portion of her cargo of bulk oil, and later sails for Sydney ancl Brisbane to put out the remainder. FERN WOOD DUE P.M. TODAY. —With asphaltum and general cargo from Gulf of Mexico ports the Norwegian motorship Fernwood is due from New Orleans this evening, and will befell at Prince’s Wharf. The cargo is for discharge at Auckland, Gisborne, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, New Plymouth, Sydney and Melbourne. Henderson and Macfarlane, Limited, are the local agents. WARNING TO MARINERS. —The Post and Telegiaph Department warns mariners that two telephone cables have been laid in Little Shoal Bay. Commencing at Ponsonby, after reaching position 50) feet south-west of Stokes’ Point, cables deviate in a north-westerly direction and pass approximately 100 feet to westward of Nortlicote Wharf, thence in direction 33S degrees toward inner end of Little Shoal Bay. Vessels anchoring in Little Shoal Bay are warned to keep clear of cables. FORT OF ONEHUNGA—DEPARTURE YESTERDAY RONAKI (S a.m.), 129 tons, Robertson, for Hokianga. ILAUTURU was scheduled to sail for New Plymouth at noon today. HOKIANGA is due back from Hokianga on Tuesday and sails on the return trip at 3 p.m. next Thursday. RONAKI sailed this morning for Hokianga. Slie is due back again on Tuesday morning, and is to be dispatched at 3 p.m. that day for Raglan, Kawhia and Waikato Heads.
