CANADA TO UNDERTAKE BIG WORKS SCHEME DUMPING CLAUSES APPLY OTTAWA, Tuesday. The Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. R, B. Bennett, announces that he intends to ask Parliament for a vote of £4,000,000 for the relief of unemployment.
