Rogers, described as an invests pleaded guilty through Mr. St. Cl*ji Brown, who suggested that accuse should be prohibited and a substantia fine imposed. It was admitted tha.* Rogers had been convicted for tfci same offence 19 years ago. but feis * conduct had been exemplary er*since. “Three months.” said Mr. F. K Hunt. S.M. “If he were younger h~ would get six months.” Counsel asked if Rogers could hax* time to fix up his affairs, as he had some property. He can fix them up at the gaol” said Air. Hunt.
