NEW PICTURES TOMORROW "Under the Greenwood Tree” will have its final screening at the London Theatre this evening. This fine British picture is based on Thomas Hardy’s novel of the same name and stars John Batten, the Auckland boy, and Marguerite Allen and Nigel Barrie. Excellent talkie supports are also shown. From tomorrow the London Theatre will present a talking film based on one of Sir James Barrie’s best-known plays, "The Old Lady Shows Her Medals.” It is now entitled "Seven Days’ Leave” and stars Gary Cooper as the Highland soldier and Beryl Mercer as the old London charwoman.
