“PARAMOUNT ON PARADE” Tonight the Civic Theatre will present a talking film proclaimed as Hollywood's jolliest fun frolic. This is "Paramount on Parade,” in which there has been achieved the charm of a party at which the audience meets all the stars and featured plavers of the Paramount organisation. One of the chief is Maurice Chevalier, who won all-time approval and friendship during the filming of one of his numbers in this Paramount gigantic musical festival of the stars, "Paramount on Parade.” For two days, Maurice was "in the line,” which, in stage parlance, means he was in the chorus.
