TRAM’S FATAL PLUNGE
CRASHED OVER BRIDGE: WORKMEN KILLED BUENOS AIRES TRAGEDY BUENOS AYRES, Saturday. A shocking disaster occurred in Buenos Ayres today. A tramcar, in which there were 62 workmen and a number of other passengers, fell through a drawbridge which was open to permit a vessel to pass on the Riachuelo Channel, one of the main entrances to the docks. Divers have recovered 18 bodies. Only five people arc believed to have been rescued.
