These three were put out of the race in the next circuit, two falling and one losing his rider. Lower: King’s Jest and Amorist leading over the first fence in the Winter Hurdles, from Aurora Borealis, Mangani (which fell at this fence) and Fine Acre. The others are, left to right: Beaumont, Carinthia (the winner), Taumai, Mister Gamp and Panorama.
