SOCIAL AND DANCE
COMING-OF-AGE CELEBRATED WITH PARTY An enjoyable social and dance was given by Mr. and Mrs. J. Rigg, in the Dominion Hall, Dominion Road, on Saturday- evening, to celebrate the coming-of-age of Miss Noreeii Rigg. The hall was artistically decorated with festoons of coloured streamers and balloons and excellent dance music was played by Mr. D. Donovan and his 1-lappy Vagabonds. During the evening noveltv items were given by Mr. Chris Molloy and Mr. 11. Rigg. Mrs. Rigg received the guests, wearing a. frock of green georgette and gold tissue. Miss Moreen Rigg wore a frock of midnight blue georgette embroidered with silver. Among those present were: Miss T. 1.0-.ve. who wore blue georgette and silver lame: .Miss I'. Turner, bint k figured georgette; Miss 1.. Mclntosh, shell pink and sea grfeen ’taffeta; Miss A. Hill, orange frilled net; viiss B. Morrison, sky blue satin beaute: Miss W. Smythe, Pink chenille georgette. Miss D. Knight, in mauve taffeta; Miss M. Tucker, red embossed georgette; Alls.; E. Peterson, black lace; .Miss K. Thompson, green georgette; Miss A. Fisher cyclamen taffeta: Miss It. Todd, gold lace over rose; Miss M. Rigg, red velvet; Miss w. Dunn, floral satin beaute; Miss M.
