NEW TRANSPORT POSITIONS FILLED IN SYDNEY CO-ORDINATION MOVE Reed. 9.5 a.m. SYDNEY, Today. Cabinet has' appointed. Mr. S. A. Madocks as Commissioner of Transport and Mr. E. O. Milne as chairman of the Tramway Trust. Both appointments arise under the new Transport Bill, under which the tradnways are separated from the railways. This aims at co-ordination of the traffic and transport facilities and the elimination of motor compe--1 tition.
