AUCKLAND ATHENIAN CLUB MR. WATSON IS HOST | A most enjoyable “Carnival .Night” was held by the Auckland Athenian I Club in the Operatic Hall, Grafton j Road, on Saturday evening, i Ml*. Watson was host.. The stage was beautifully decorated with coloured streamers, and during the evening very pretty novelties were distributed among the guests. A comedy beauty parade caused mucli amusement, the men wearing quaint masks. 1 The Kit lvat Band provided excell lent jazz music.
