ATTRACTIVE TABLES
If luncheon mats are used for The midday meal it is worth while to invest in a set of plate-glass mats to cover them. Not only do they keep the small mats unsoiled and in place, but they make the use of cork or other protective table-mats unnecessary. A large centre-piece of plateglass reflects the flowers that decorate the table most charmingly, and if used at night-time also reflects the steady gleam of the candles so much in vogue just now.
