Owned by Mrs. D. Waddell, Tongaporotu. At the Taranaki egg-laying competition this hen laid 347 eggs in 50 weeks and 361 in 52 weeks. Three soft shells were not counted, or the total would have equalled 364 eggs in 364 days.
