SECOND SERIES OF LECTURES By popular request, another series of lectures of “Humanology” will be delivered by tlie brilliant woman lecturer, Elsie Lincoln Benedict, under the auspices of the International Opportunity League. This new series, which covers slightly different ground from those already given, will commence in the Town Hal] concert chamber on Tuesday evening next. Admission is free, and all thinking people are invited to attend. Her subject on Tuesday will be “How to Make the Most of Yourself,” in which Mrs. Benedict will deal with physical and, mental efficiency. P. G. Wodeliouse, noted English humorist, has been placed under contract by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer to write original stories and make adaptations for the screen. Internationally | famous for his short stories, novels and contributions both to musical comedy and drama, Mr. Wodehouse is said to be the highest-paid short-story writer in the world.
