PAPAKURA ORPHANS CLUB
The second meeting of the Papakura Orhpans* Club was held last evening. The official visitors were the president and executive of the Devonport Orphans’ Club and the chariman, Mr. W. Wallace, and medical superintendent, Dr. C. E. Maguire, and several members of the Auckland Hospital Board and the Consul for the United States of America, Mr. Walter F. Boyle. There was again a very good attendance, over which Past-President Bro. W. C. Wood presided. Several new members were enrolled. A cordial welcome was extended to the visitors by the chairman. The following contributed to tlie programme:—Bros. Warbrick. Ward. Blanford, Marks, Trevor De Clive Lowe, Reese, Kessell, and the Papakdra Orphans’ Club Orchestra.
