AUCKLAND BASKETBALL
COMMITTEE MEETS A meeting of the Management Committee of the Auckland Basketball Association was held in the Y.W.CA. on May 26. Miss B. Leo was in the chair. A considerable increase in the number of teams was noted, there nowbeing SS. The Inter-House Association has joined up again. The City Schools’ Committee has granted the use of the Wellesley School courts. Arrangements are in hand for a dance to be held in the Lewis Eady Hall on July 2 in order to raise funds to send a representative team to Hastings.
