BANKRUPTCY COURT
Discharges from bankruptcy were granted by Mr. Justice Herdman, in | the bupreme Court this morning in the following petitions:—Albert Forth"^o Amadio, of Te Puke, builderAllan Frederick Day, of Waiheke, motor-omnibus proprietor. Three months’ adjournment was granted in the petition for discharge or Clarence William Bruce of \uckland, builder. Mr. Jordan, on behalf of the petitioner, said that Bruce had been sentenced to three months’ imprisonment at the session just concluded for a breach of the Bankruptcy Act, but leave had since been granted to move for a new trial.
