ART EXHIBITION
BIG PUBLIC ATTENDANCE
Crowds are thronging the Auckland Art Society’s exhibition now being held in the Kitchener Street Hall. This year the exhibition is drawing more people than for many years past, and the sales promise to be most encouraging. Already several excellent pictures have been purchased. The exhibition is one of the best that has ever been held by the society*, which has aimed, this year, to keep the pictures to a very high level of excellence. The art union which is run with the annual exhibition will be drawn on Monday evening.
