THE LACK OF WHOLESOME FOOD is reported to have been the cause of a mutiny on board the Norwegian tramp steamer June, which is at present discharging phosphates in Auckland. According to statements made by members of the crew, while the vessel was lying off Nauru Island the rations were cut down and the men refuse' to work until they were given their full measure again.
