MINING ROYALTIES
BILL IS COMING DOWN TO HOUSE OF COMMONS British Official Wireless Reed. 12.10 p.m. RUGBY, Tuesday. The President of the Board of Trade, Mr. William Graham, stated in the House of Commons, that an effort would be made to introduce, before the end of July, a Bill dealing with the purchase of mining royalties, but he was afraid it would not progress beyond the introduction.
