MAY BE “THE RIPPER”
WOMAN’S WORD LEADS TO BROTHER’S ARREST DUSSELDORF MYSTERY Reed. 9.40 a.m. BERLIN, Wednesday. The belief of a woman that her brother is the Dusseldorf Jack the Ripper murderer was one link in the chain of circumstantial evidence leading to the arrest of a man called “Fritz.” The man left Dusseldorf in November and when asked if he knew why he was arrested he replied: “You think I am the Dusseldorf murderer.”
