CRYSTAL PALACE, MOUNT EDEN
“Woman To 'Woman,” the current attraction at the Crystal Palace Theatre, which has been playing hiroc with the hearts of audiences for the last few days, is indeed a fine picture, and is well worth seeing and hearing. It is a poignant, soul-stirring drama of the eternal triangle, one that is justifiable of the strongest praise. Dialogue,- acting, photography Ml direction are perfect to the minutest degree, while the story, which is »ct altogether new to picturegoers and theatre-fans, is so touching as to warrant the attention of everyone. By stating that the story is not new, itis understood that it has previously been produced on the screen as a silent film a few years ago. As in the silent version, we see Betty Compson, whose voice ada » new charm to the role. In the talking version, she is supported by Georg* Barraud, Juliette Compton and Winter Hall.
