VICTORIAN TOWN FLOODED AND HOMES ENTERED Reed. 10.35 a.m. MELBOURNE, Today The bank of the reservoir at Korong vale burst despite all efforts to stern the flow. Low-lying parts of the town were flooded, but the danger is now over. Many homes had up to a foot ol water in them.
