NAVIGATION IMPROVEMENTS
The Royal Society of Arts, London, is the legatee of the Thomas Gray Memorial Trust, which is offering a prize of £IOO to any person wh* brings to its notice a navigation im provement invented by himself dug ing 1929 and 1930. A further prize of £IOO is being offered for an essay on the training of apprentices and cadets.
