At the meeting of the Te Awamutu District High School Board on Tuesday it was stated that the Education Department has authorised a grant for a detached building on the land acquired from Air. Bockett, as the nucleus of a possible future consolidated school. The architect has been instructed to prepare" plans and invite tenders for the work as soon as posible. The headmaster reported that the roll number at the end of April was 376 in the primary department and 81 in the secondary department. The average attendance for the month was 345 and 75.
