YOUNG GIRL’S CONDUCT
“She has not made good at all,” said Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court this morning, in sending a 19-year-old girl back to the Borstal Institution for two years, for being idle and disorderly.
The girl’s name was suppressed on the application of Major Annie Gordon The girl pleaded guilty to the charge. Sub-Inspector Shanahan explained that the girl had been sent to the Point Halswell Borstal for two years In January, 1925. She had been released last September, but her conduct had been unsatisfactory.
