ORDER OF FORESTERS
DEVONPORT LODGE OFFICERS Court Victoria, Ancient Order of Foresters, at Devonport,. installed its officers last evening. Foresters from most of the city and suburban courts were present. Mr. Norman Veart was installed as C.R. by Bro. W. A. Knaggs, and B.ro. H. T. Hoverd, both of whom have filled the D.C.R.’s office. The retiring ranger (Mr. T. Haynes), Mr. Alex. Harris, Mr. 11. T. Hoverd, and Chaplain Hoskin addressed the meeting. The officers are: —Chief Ranger, Bro. N. Veart; Sub-Chief Ranger, Bro. L. Quinton; Senior. Woodward, Bro. O. Boyd; Junior Woodward, Sister N. Ilill; Senior Beadle, Bro. N. Thornton; Junior Beadle, Bro. G. McLean; chaplain, Bro. C. C. Hoskin; secretary, Bro. IT. T. Iloverd; rec. secretary, Bro. C, Hinton: organist, B.ro. L. Blackwood; Past Chief Ranger, Bro. T. Haynes; sick visitor. Bro. F. Purchase; benevolent committee, Bros. W. A. Knaggs, C. Farquharson, C. Hinton: trustees, Bros. C. Newman, W. A. Knaggs, C. 11. Hoverd.
