Morning Tea to Celebrate Coming-of-Age
Jolly Party for Miss Marie Jones Christmas lilies, sweet peas and gay Ice.and poppies mingled in colourful profusion on the tables this morning, when a 21st birth- j day was celebrated with a tea party in the J.C.L. tearooms. ! f'PHE hostess was Mrs. H. C. Jones j and the birthday guest of honour was her daughter, Miss Marie Jones. Mrs. Jones received the guests wear- _ ing a black and royal blue georgette* gown with black bangkok hat. and Miss Jones had chosen a becoming ensemble of printemps green with hat to tone. A very jolly hour was spent over the teacups. The guests were: Mi's. Wigg, Mrs. S. Buttle. Mrs. Forgie, Mrs. Closs, Mrs. Tucker, Mrs. Couper, Mrs. Usher, Mrs. Lambourne, Miss Couper, Mrs. Adams, Mrs. Wright, Mrs. Jacques, Mrs. D. J. Wright, Mrs. Bell, Mrs. S.
