"On November 20, the combined e fto.rts of the companies provided a successful entertainment for parents Jtui friends and our camping funds benefited bv the proceeds of the ® v «ning. ‘The Guides and Scouts of Otahuhu * ra holding a combined bazaar on December 13. in aid of camp funds. ‘Several Guides are ready for the -°°k and Laundress badge examinations on Saturday. “November 16, was a memorable day for us as we celebrated our second birthday. Captain Gillies, of the First Otahuhu Company, cut their birthday cake, and Lieutenant Gilfedder, also of the First Company, in the absence of Captain Byers, cut ours. After tea we played games and greatly enjoyed the items and the dances. "On November 20, after a display of work we gathered round a camp fire and sang songs. -At present we are busy preparing for the Paddy’s Market to be held on December 13. "\s this will be our last report before Christmas, we wish all other Guides and Guiders a merry Christmas and a happy New Year with pleasant memories of camp.”
