MID-OCEAN TELEPHONE
SERVICE FOR ATLANTIC PASSENGERS British Official Wireless RUGBY, Monday. When the White Star liner Olympic sails for America on Wednesday the final tests of a new wireless telephone service between the ship and the countries on either side of the Atlantic will be carried, out. The liner Leviathan, which will leave New York on Sunday, will also be offering a similar service to its passengers for the first time. It is reported that there is now a good prospect of establishing a regular long-distance telephone service on the great transatlantic lines.
