CIVIC THEATRE
OPENING PERFORMANCE With every seat already booked, the Civic Theatre grand opening on Friday December 20, should be one of the most outstanding events in the theatrical history of New Zealand. For the opening attraction the management has secured the great special all-talking comedy attraction, “Three Live Ghosts.” which will prove to be one of the most humorous films ever seen here. In addition to the pictorial side of the programme there will be Wurlitzer grand organ solos by Fred Scholl, also selections by Ted Henkel’s Stage Band, and music by the pit orchestra of 30 players. The box plan for the first week of th© theatre’s opening is now open at the booking office daily.
