FINGER-PRINT PHOTOS WIRELESSED NEW FRENCH SYSTEM Reed. 11 a.m. PARIS, Sunday. The French police are Inaugurating a remarkable wireless system, with the object of keeping the Paris headquarters in rapid communication with the provinces. Wireless messages from the Eiffel Tower will be able to transmit in code descriptions of wanted criminals, also photographs and finger-prints by the wireless telephoto system. Fifty-one receiving stations will be established in the provinces, in addition to important stations on frontiers and at ports.
