ALSO FARMER WHO SUPPLIED LIQUOR TIMARU CASE Press Association TIMARU, Saturday. In the Tirnaru Magistrate’s Court, James Robb McCully, a farmer, of Seadown, on a charge of being drunk while in charge of a motor-car. was fined £2O and had his licence cancelled till December 31. 1930. For supplying McCully with drink, knowing him to be prohibited, Maurice John Harnett, a farmer, of Seadown, was fined £lO.
