VICTORIAN RETURNS STILL INCOMPLETE WIN FROM NATIONALISTS Reed. 10 a.m. MELBOURNE, Today. The Victorian elections are still incomplete. Labour, however, has won another seat, Castlemaine, from the Nationalists, giving the Labour Party 30 seats in a House of 65.
