WATERSIDE WORKERS INJURED
Mr. Harry Hewitt, of Onewa Road, Northcote, had two fingers badly lacerated as the result of catching his right hand on a piece of iron on a case while engaged in cargo operations on a vessel in port yesterday.
Severe injuries to his ankle were suffered by Mr. Harry Thomas, of 12 East Street, Newton, as the result of catching his foot between two cases while working on the Queen’s Wharf yesterday. Both men were taken to the Auckland Hospital by the St. John Ambul-
