FORD RAISES WAGES
BIG INCREASE TO WORKERS WELL-PAID EMPLOYEES Reed. 10 a.m. DETROIT, Tuesday. Following Mr. Henry Ford's stats*ment concerning wages, his son. Edsel. has announced the company will sper-2. 20,000,000 dollars yearly to raise the wages of its workers, effective from December 1. The minimum scale is now increased from six to seven dollars daily.
