TOUR OF PROVINCES
LORD AND LADY CRAIGAVON TWO WEEKS’ TRIP Special to THE SUN ROTORUA, Today. Lord and Lady Craigavon left tha Grand Hotel, Rotorua, by car yesterday morning for a tour of Auckland and Taranaki Provinces. The party proceeded to Matamata, where they were met by Mr. Dynes-Fulton and other members of the Dairy Control Board. The Waharoa factory was visited. Today the Ruakura State Farm is being visited and this evening the Hamilton Ulstermen will honour Lord Craigavon. On Thursday the car continues to Waitomo Caves, whence the party w ill leave for New Plymouth, inspecting the Taranaki dairying district. Mr. D. Ardell, of the Internal Affairs Department, who is arranging the itinerary, is travelling with Lord and Lady Craigavon. The party was unfortunate in having bad weather during the last week-end when Tongariro, Taupo and Wairakei were visited. The car returns to Rotorua about December 14 and the visitors will stay at the Grand Hotel until January 5, when they proceed to the South Island.
