Now for New Zealand The Marylebone Cricket Club's team has now completed its short itinerary of five matches in Australia, and the members are no doubt turning: their eyes to New Zealand, and the real object of their visit to the Antipodes. The tour of the Commonwealth has been an arduous one for the Englishmen, but besides providing some firstclass practice for likely members of the next Australian Test team to Kngland, the visit has brought a nice little nest egg. to the'coffer-s of the New Zealand Cricket Council. This will do something to lessen the heavy burden which has been incurred in bringing the team so many thousands of miles across the sea.
