EXECUTORS’ FRIENDLY ACTION
Executors of two estates previously co-related engaged* in friendly litigation in the Supreme Court yesterday afternoon to determine the ownership of certain assets, which were part of the estate of John Newland, of Pakuranga, who died in 1597, leaving property and cash worth £13,906.
