VLTHOUGH he has not yet earned a first prize, the Derby candidate Real Huon is just the type of colt that might ”top off” the opposition at Christmas in the classic. His wonderful finishing effort in the Sapling Stakes last June, when he came from well back to finish a close second to John Jinks gained O. E. Hooper’s youngster many friends Taking into consideration that Real Huon was deemed unlucky in the Sapling Stakes, and his victor is showing high-class form as a three-ycar-old, it is logical to assume that the Denver Huon colt will have something important to say in the Derby argument.
