The father reported the lad missing last night, and his decapitated body was found on the Midland railway, near Mosley. He had attended a cinema in the evening. When lie was discovered, it. was evident that his neck had been tied to the rails by a piece of cord, in a manner which would be difficult for the youth to tie.
