RECOGNITION OF SERVICES URGED With a. view to obtaining a compassionate allowance for Mrs. E. A. Lepper, who retired after 37 years ;ls postmistress at Northcote, a petitic n signed by 650 residents has been forwarded to Mr. A. Harris,•M.P., for presentation to Parliament.
