The secretary was instructed to write asking Messrs. Alpe Bros., of Auckland, to give an exhibition of trick diving at the carnival. A committee, consisting of Messrs. Philpott and rardley was set up to endeavour to form a polo team in Morrinsville. It was decided that the club engage a professional for a week to coach swimmers in Morrinsville. It was thought that there were a number of good swimmers in the club, but with coaching in the finer points, they could be considerably improved. A small charge could be made, so that the cost to the club would not be excessive. The South Auckland Centre had decided to again hold its annual tournament in Morrinsville. The club has been granted the 50yds championship.
