PINNED UNDER CAR
ENGINEER SERIOUSLY INJURED SKID AND CAPSIZE Frotn Our Own Correspondent HAMILTON, Monday. Serious injuries were received by Mr. James George Harp, 50, mechanical engineer, of Ward Street, Hamilton, this evening, when his motor-car skidded and overturned near the Horahora power station. * Mr. Harp was accompanied by Miss Stewart and Mr. H. Emerson, of Hamilton, and was returning from Awapuni when the accident occurred. Mr. Harp was pinned under the car and his chest was crushed. He was admitted to the Waikato Hospital in a critical condition. Both Miss Stewart and Mr. Emerson escaped serious injury.
This is the second serious accident that Mr. Harp has had,' as about two years ago he was badly injured when he was thrown from his bicycle.
