BIG DRAINAGE SCHEME
PLANNED FOR ENGLAND AND WALES COST OF £20,000.000 British Official Wireless Reed. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Monday. A scheme of drainage for England and Wales has been prepared by Mr. Noel Buxton, Minister of Agriculture, for the Government. The cost of the scheme is estimated at £20,000,000. For the purposes of the scheme, vast areas have been mapped out.
