BESSEDOWSKY’S LAST ALLEGATION MOSCOW TO CHARGE HIM United P.A, —By Telegraph—Copyright R.ecd. 10.3 a.m. PARIS, Monday. The Russian writer, M. Bessedowsky, asserts that the Soviet obtained (by the same method as was used to get the Italian code) the British Government’s Indian Office cede, and has since been able to translate all British code messages to India.
