REDS CONCENTRATE ON BORDER MAY SEIZE RAILWAY (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) Reed. 10.15 a.m. SHANGHAI, Sun. Marshal Feng Yu-Hsiang's rebellion is believed to have been crushed, the Government forces effecting a coup in the Leyang district, the rebels’ stronghold. The Nanking Government has received an urgent telegram from Chang I-lsueh-Liang, tbe Manchurian war lord, stating that large bodies of Soviet troops are concentrating in the Blagovestc-hensk district, where General Bluecher, the Red commander, is establishing his headquarters. The message apparently confirms the recent report from Riga, that Russia would shortly assume the offensive and seize the Chinese Eastern Railway.
