Commander Charles Ernest Hotham, rN-. has been appointed to the command of H.M.S. Laburnum, qf the New Zealand Division of the Royal Navy. Commander F. N. Attwood, R.N., present commander of H.M.S. Laburnum, will return to England shortly. The appointment is announced of Mr. H. W. Henry as representative in New Zealand for Franklin cars.
